What is included in the COSTA CARD?
The Card gives you:

How many locations can I visit per day?
You can visit as many attractions in a day as you wish, there is no limit!
How many times can I visit an included location?
All included locations have a one-time admission with the COSTA CARD. Therefore, it is not possible to visit the same location multiple times.
How can I book timeslots?
Most COSTA CARD locations do not require a timeslot booking in advance. You can find all the locations on our COSTA CARD website. Please look up the specific location you wish to visit and follow the instructions on the page.
Can I enter an attraction right before my COSTA CARD expires?
You are welcome to enter an attraction when your COSTA CARD is just about to expire and stay for as long as you please. As long as you scan it at the cashier in time, you are able to make use of the benefits of that specific location.
How long is the COSTA CARD active?
The COSTA CARD is specifically useable on the selected date(s) in your reservation. The COSTA CARD can be bought for 1 DAY or 7 DAYS.
Can I extend the validity of my COSTA CARD?
No there is no option to extend the validity of your current COSTA CARD. Of course you have the possibility to buy a new one on the website.
Can I use the COSTA CARD for Public transport?
The COSTA CARD does not provide free or discounted access to the Public transport.
Where can I buy the COSTA CARD?
For the moment the only option is to buy the Costa Card on our website.
Are there any children discounts?
Unfortunately, we don’t have special offers for children, as we want to offer the card to everybody without exceptions. However, a lot of venues provide free/discounted entry for children. Please review the webpage of all affiliated partners.
What is the difference between a 1 DAY and 7 DAYS COSTA CARD?
The only difference is the actual days to use the pass. All promotions, benefits and discounts are available on both Card options.
How do I receive my COSTA CARD?
You can easily pre–order you COSTA CARD via our website. You will receive an order number in your email, combined with your personal barcode. The confirmation email also included the option to download the COSTA CARD app and add your Barcode to your Mobile Wallet.
I haven’t received my order confirmation?
Please start by checking the spam-folder in your e-mail. If you cannot find it in the spam-folder then please write an email to info@costa-card.com, and we will resend your order confirmation.
How do I activate the digital COSTA CARD?
Your COSTA CARD will automatically activated on the preferred date you selected in the reservation process. We always advice to download our app and put your Card in the mobile Wallet for optimal use.
Where can I download the COSTA CARD app?
Download the app via: IOS and Android.
The COSTA CARD App is an essential app on your smartphone. Free and user-friendly. This app features a convenient map, provides recommendations tailored to you location, and allows you gain more information on all included activities. Additionally, it helps you find venues that offer free entry and exclusive discounts, making it ideal for budget-conscious travellers!
How do I get my COSTA CARD in my mobile wallet?
In your booking confirmation via email you will receive to option to download the COSTA CARD as a Wallet version on you phone. We offer the Wallet option for Apple users and Android users.
Can I buy a physical COSTA CARD?
There is no option to buy a paper version. But you can of course download your personal barcode from the order confirmation email and print it if you prefer to have a paper version at hand. Please keep in mind the App will provide you with our full service.
How do I share my COSTA CARD?
Please keep in mind you cannot share your COSTA CARD, as this is a personal Card. When you purchase multiple Cards in one order, they share their own unique code. Initially, you will have to add the cards to one device where they will appear side by side. From here, you can use both cards from the same device or share them through the app.
Can I use a screenshot of my Card?
Yes. As long as the Barcode is clearly visible and scannable for the activity provider to validate whether the COSTA CARD is active on the scan date.

How do I change my Card reservation date(s)?
Please contact us via email with your booking number at least 48 hours before the date of reservation. We can only reschedule your Card once within 1 year. – info@costacard.com
Can I cancel my reservation?
When the Costa Card is used you can’t get a refund (or option to reschedule). If the Costa Card isn’t used, we can only reschedule your Card to any new preferred date within a year from the original reservation date. If you want to make use of this service please write an email with your booking number at least 48 hours before the date of reservation to info@costacard.com.
